KCRI™ (KorCom Corporate Reputation Index)Together with Ewha Women's University Professor Cha Hee-won, Korcom Porter Novelli developed the KorCom Corporate Reputation Index (KCRI) reflecting characteristics of Korean society and validated the scales through four-step processes and surveyed 300 listed Korean companies. The KCRI development team evaluated the reputation of the companies, after diagnosis, developed mid-to-long term PR strategy and programs, and presented suggestive solutions.

Using the KCMI, KorCom Porter Novelli was able to diagnose actual conditions of issue management for many companies such as KTX, Woogjin Coway, Samsung Tesco, Community Chest of Korea, Hankook Tire and Korea Expressway. Based on results from the research, an 'Issue Management Manual' was developed to assist the company overcome and manage crisis effectively. In addition, media training is offered to company executives to help manage the media during a crisis state.
ICI™ (International Communication Index)Utilizing the International Communication Index (ICI) developed by Sogang University Professor Shin Ho-chang, KorCom Porter Novelli offers services to diagnose internal communication in contrast to top 100 domestic companies. For Internal communication consulting, we diagnose the efficiency of various communication activities focusing within the company's internal structure, assess seriousness of pending issues being discussed internally and identify resolutions to solve the issues at hand.
